Hi, Bryce Casey here from The Rock’s Morning Rumble. I wrote this book to
continue to raise money for Gumboot Friday, a charity that means a lot to me personally and our show.

I have two young boys Tyson & Reuben and I always want them to feel like they can get
help if they ever need it. Help and hope is what Gumboot Friday provides by giving free counselling to Kiwis 25 & under.
Our show has been raising money for the last few years through different fundraisers, and we are very proud to have done so.
I have lost friends and family to mental health, that’s my why.
