Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed Monday to Friday within five working days however please allow extra delivery time for weekends and public holidays. Shipping rates are calculated as per below in NZD.
$5.00 flat rate
All New Zealand shipments are made through NZ Post and generally take 1-3 working days. Rural Delivery may take longer. No PO Boxes please. Use your supplied tracking number any time to see your progress.
All deliveries to Australia are sent via Toll and generally take 3 – 7 days for delivery. Use your supplied tracking number any time to see your parcels progress.
Rest of the world
All deliveries to the rest of the world generally take 4 - 10 days for delivery. Use your supplied tracking number to see your parcels progress.
*Duties and Taxes
Please note that international delivery times may also vary due to custom delays and you may be responsible for import duties and other custom fees for your package. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office before you make an order.
At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you do purchase something and upon receiving it, it doesn’t fit right you can return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else. MediaWorks Merchandise is happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. Please note - for a refund you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to MediaWorks Merchandise. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Before an item is returned you must email RADIOMEDIAWORKS@GMAIL.COM and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.
2. MediaWorks Merchandise will then give you the details for sending the product back.
3. You must then pay to send the item back to MediaWorks Merchandise. This must be done by using Track and Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at MediaWorks Merchandise. The item must be in pristine condition with the original tags attached.
4. Once MediaWorks Merchandise receives the item back, we will either refund you or send you your new item.
